Andrea was born and raised in the Columbus, Ohio, but recently moved to San Jose California. She has been practicing yoga since 2004, and recently decided to dive in deeper by getting her 200 hour YTT certificate. Andrea began as a self taught yogi that went on to learn there is so much more out there in yoga. She started attending classes and branching out to learn more about relax/restore, meditation and hot power yoga. Andrea also realized how much yoga and meditation can help with anxiety, stress, and pain in the body. She now shares the power of yoga with others, and continues to learn from her fellow yogis as well. Andrea stoves to teachso students leave feeling changed and inspired. She believes yoga can change your life if you if you’re open and present on and off your mat.
Vinyasa Slow flow suitable for all ages and levels. Also have a little fun with trying some arm balance poses throughout.
