Anjali Vishwanath

Meditation - Food for Your Soul                 :

Anjali is a personable and passionate Certified Yoga Teacher, dedicated to sharing the Yoga tradition and lifestyle with eager students. She also teaches Pranayama classes and Sahaj Samadhi Meditation classes and is a trained Art of Living Faculty.

She currently works full time teaching High Schoolers Stress reduction techniques using Mindfulness, Meditation and Breathwork. She has taught in many Bay Area schools including Palo Alto High, Gunn High, Lynbrook High, Overfelt High, Yerba Buena High & Horace Cureton

The rest in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep that you can ever have.  We will use our own breath to skillfully free our mind of agitation and dive deep into the depths of our being.
